CadXiaTerms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the CadXia mobile app and the web version at cadxia.muhzekai.com (together, the "Service"), provided by MEHMET UYANIK under the MuhzekAI brand. By using the Service you accept these terms. For apps obtained from the App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to matters these terms do not cover.
2. What the Service is
CadXia provides tools to view CAD and geospatial files (DWG, DXF, NCZ, SHP, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON), inspect layers, measure, draw, view 3D terrain, look up parcels and export data. It is an assistive tool. It does not replace official surveys, setting-out, land registry procedures or engineering approval. Coordinate transformations, file-reading results, measurements and third-party data (including TKGM parcel data and basemaps) may contain errors. Verify results with authoritative sources and a qualified engineer before making critical decisions.
3. Your files and responsibilities
- You or the respective rights holders keep all rights to the files you open. We claim no rights over them.
- You confirm that you are entitled to use the files you open.
- Drawings are kept in device memory. You are responsible for exporting your work before closing the app or tab.
- You may not use the Service unlawfully, in ways that harm systems, or with automated bulk requests. We may limit access in case of abuse.
4. Free use and CadXia Pro
Viewing files, inspecting layers, measuring, the sample 3D terrain and KML/KMZ basemaps are free. Advanced features such as opening your own files in 3D, drawing and editing objects, and exporting require a CadXia Pro subscription. Pro features are listed on the purchase screen and the store page.
5. Subscription terms
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription tied to your Apple ID on the App Store or your Google account on Google Play. The current price and length of the monthly and yearly options are shown in your local currency on the store screen before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep Pro until then.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Use Restore purchases in the app to activate your subscription on other devices signed in to the same store account.
- Refunds follow the store's policy: Apple refunds, Google Play refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
The CadXia software, name, logo and interface belong to MuhzekAI. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or professional use. Open-source components are subject to their own licences. Basemap copyrights belong to their providers (© OpenStreetMap contributors, © Google, © Apple).
7. Availability
We may change, add or remove features to improve the Service. Online features such as NCZ conversion and parcel lookup depend on internet access and third-party services. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from data loss, incorrectly read files, measurement or coordinate errors, or errors in third-party data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes and contact
