We usually reply within 2 business days. To help us resolve your issue quickly, include your device model, OS version, app version and, if possible, the file type involved. If you share a file, make sure it contains no personal or confidential information.
Frequently asked questions
Which files can I open?
DWG, DXF, NCZ, SHP (with DBF/PRJ/CPG, or as a ZIP), KML, KMZ and GeoJSON. You can select several files at once. Each file opens in its own tab.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
All files except NCZ are processed only on your device. NCZ files are sent over an encrypted connection to our conversion service, converted and deleted as soon as conversion finishes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
My file appears in the wrong place.
If the file has no coordinate system information, or the information is ambiguous, CadXia asks you to choose one. Make sure you select the correct system and zone (e.g. ITRF96 / TM30, ED50 / 6°). For files with no known location, use Open with local coordinates.
Are my drawings saved?
Drawings are kept in device memory. Use Export to save them before closing the app.
How do I cancel Pro?
iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CadXia. Apple's guide
Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CadXia. Google's guide
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
I switched phones and Pro is missing.
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, then tap Restore purchases on the CadXia Pro screen.
I want a refund.
The stores process payments, so they also handle refunds: Apple – Report a Problem or Google Play refunds.
How do I delete my account or data?
CadXia has no accounts and does not store your files on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes on-device preferences. You can ask us by email to delete your support correspondence.
Why does it ask for location?
Only when you tap My location, to show your position on the map. Your location is not sent to our server. You can turn the permission off in your device settings at any time.
